Former Louisville Cardinals quarterback Teddy Bridgewater has revealed that Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shahid Khan was part of the panel from the club that interviewed him at the NFL Combine.
Khan admitted that his side could select at least two quarterbacks in the 2014 Draft and could pick Bridgewater, who is deemed as one of the best prospects coming out of the college game.
"Everyone was in there," Bridgewater told reporters. "It was a great meeting, a lot of energy, a lot of smiles and laughs.
"I was just able to be myself. That's the biggest thing, just proving to the coaches who I am as a person."
The 21-year-old threw 31 touchdowns to just four interceptions in his final year with the Cardinals.
