Ndamukong Suh could face a fine for kicking Matt Schaub, but will not miss any games.

The Detroit Lions have been told that Ndamukong Suh will not face a ban for kicking Matt Schaub.

The defensive tackle appeared to kick the Houston Texans quarterback during their game last Thursday.

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello tweeted: "Our office has notified the Lions that Suh will not be suspended for last Thursday's incident. It will be reviewed for a potential fine."

Suh seemed to hit Schaub in the groin by accident while making a tackle, but replays showed the Lion's leg changed direction.

Suh has previously been ejected from a game and hit with a two-game suspension for stomping on an opponent.
