Jameis Winston eyeing Super Bowl triumph as a rookie

Jameis Winston believes that he is capable of guiding a team to the Super Bowl in his rookie season in the NFL as he prepares for the 2015 Draft.

Quarterback Jameis Winston is determined to win the Super Bowl in his rookie season in the NFL.

The 21-year-old is viewed as one of the best quarterbacks available in the 2015 NFL Draft, along with Marcus Mariota, after a fine career in the college game with the Florida State Seminoles.

However, Winston is adamant that he wants to be compared with Tom Brady and Peyton Manning as he is vying to win the Vince Lombardi trophy in his first year in the league.

"This is not no competition between me and Mariota," Winston told reporters. "Because I plan on winning the Super Bowl next year. So it's gonna be Jameis vs. Peyton Mannings and Jameis vs. Tom Bradys. I want to be viewed like that.

"After all this combine stuff, you're not gonna hear no more about Jameis Winston vs. Marcus Mariota. But I want my name to stay relevant for the next 15 to 20 years of my career."

Winston has been touted to be the first selection in the Draft to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
