Detroit Lions general manager Martin Mayhew has insisted that the franchise hasn't considered using their franchise tag on Ndamukong Suh yet.
The Lions have held talks with Suh's representatives during the NFL scouting combine, but no decision has yet been made on his future.
"I'm not leaning any way [on the tag]", Mayhew told reporters.
"It's not something we have to decide right now, so I'm not inclined to make that decision."
Mayhew has 10 days to decide on whether or not to use the franchise tag on Suh before the March 2 deadline passes and a new deal will have to be reached.
