Detroit Lions cornerback Darius Slay has claimed that his side have comparable talent to the Seattle Seahawks on the defensive side of the ball.
The Seahawks have been the best statistical defense in the league over the past two seasons, which was pivotal in their Super Bowl win in the 2013 campaign.
"We've got the same kind of talent they got," Slay told the Detroit Free Press. "They ain't too much different.
"They got a pass rush, they've got DBs, we've got DBs. They've got 'backers, we've got 'backers."
The Lions were ranked second in total defense in the 2014 season.
