Denver Broncos head coach John Fox: "The sky is not falling"

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox insists that he is not overly concerned by his team despite their defeat to the Cincinnati Bengals in their AFC clash.

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox believes that the "sky is not falling" for his team, despite their defeat to the Cincinnati Bengals as quarterback Peyton Manning threw four interceptions.

The Broncos lost the chance to battle for the number one seed in the AFC playoffs with the loss, in a match where Manning struggled for rhythm until he brought his side back into the game in the third quarter.

However, with a chance to win the game late in the fourth, the 38-year-old threw a pick-six to hand the contest to Marvin Lewis's men, leading to criticism of his performance.

"It wasn't all horrible. The sky is not falling. We're not getting ready to get rid of our quarterback. He's fine," Fox told the club's official website.

Denver still need to beat the Oakland Raiders on Sunday to lock up a first-round bye in the post-season.
