Cleveland Browns "disappointed" with Josh Gordon report

The Cleveland Browns admit that they are "disappointed" by the latest reports that suggest Josh Gordon has failed a drugs test for the third time in his career.

The Cleveland Browns have revealed that they are disappointed by the latest reports involving wide receiver Josh Gordon.

The 23-year-old reportedly failed a drugs test for the third time in his career, due to testing positive for alcohol, which could lead to a year's suspension from the NFL.

A spokesman from the Browns told ESPN: "Clearly we are very disappointed to hear the latest report regarding Josh.

"At this point, due to the confidential nature of the NFL's substance abuse policy, we have not been made aware by the league of a failed test.

"We are in the process of gathering more information and will provide further comment at the appropriate time."

Gordon has recorded 161 receptions for 2,753 yards and 14 touchdowns in his three-year career in the NFL.
