Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Marvin Jones is downgraded to out with an ankle injury and will miss his side's clash against the Carolina Panthers.

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Marvin Jones has been ruled out his side's match against the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

The 24-year-old has been out of action since the start of the campaign with an ankle injury that he sustained in August.

There was hope that Jones could make a comeback after being listed as questionable on the injury report this week, but he has since been downgraded and will miss the clash at Paul Brown Stadium.

The Bengals have a3-1 record going in their matchup against the Panthers.
