Carolina Panthers safety Mike Mitchell believes that New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is a "monster" on the field.
Gronkowski has recorded 19 receptions for 241 yards and one touchdown in just three games since his return from forearm and back surgeries he underwent during the off-season.
Mitchell told the Charlotte Observer: "That dude's a monster. He's a receiver that just happens to be a very big man.
"The way he runs his routes, he's very skilled. And there's absolutely no way you could sleep on his ability."
The Panthers face the Patriots on Monday in their week 11 clash.
