Baltimore Ravens offensive coordinator Marc Trestman has revealed that he is relishing his role at the club following a tumultuous two years in charge of the Chicago Bears.
The 59-year-old was fired as the head coach of the Bears after a 5-11 campaign due to the struggles of quarterback Jay Cutler and his defense.
Despite that, the Ravens moved to hire Trestman as their new offensive coordinator following the departure of Gary Kubiak to the Denver Broncos.
"I feel really appreciative and grateful to be here after what my family and I went through last year," Trestman told the club's official website. "I embrace it every day."
Trestman won the CFL Grey Cup twice in his five seasons as head coach of the Montreal Alouettes.
