Before we bring to an end today's Transfer Talk at
Sports Mole towers, here's a story that could affect all transfers in future. Both FIFA and FIFPro - the worldwide players union - are reportedly
looking at a plan to bring in official transfer fees for all players, designed to stop the spiralling cost of recruiting talent.
In the past two summer transfer windows, three of the five most expensive deals have been completed. For James Rodriguez, Gareth Bale and he who must not be named (or train within a five-mile radius of Barcelona)...

Meanwhile, Fredy Guarin could be on his way to Premier League this summer. His club Inter Milan are reportedly considering a
swap deal to take Manchester United's Javier Hernandez to the San Siro. Inter are thought to be looking for extra firepower in attack and see the Mexican as an ideal choice.

Pepe Reina could be set for the Anfield exit door, heading for Bayern Munich. Despite interest from Napoli, the Italian club are reportedly less than keen about paying £3.95m for the 31-year-old, but the German giants
could pounce as they look for a back-up keeper to Manuel Neuer.
One player who looks set to
stay put is Chelsea's Gary Cahill, with the defender reportedly about to offered a new four-year £120,000-a-week contract by the Blues.
Manchester United have been heavily linked with a move for Arturo Vidal and it appeared that the transfer was off. Well, it seems that a move for the Chilean midfielder
could be back on, with reports suggesting a deal could be completed as early as this week.

Speaking of Arsenal fans perhaps wanting to look away. The Gunners are trailing 1-0 in the pre-season friendly against New York Red Bulls Thierry Henry had a hand in the goal.

Arsenal, Liverpool and Spurs fans may want to look away as reports in Spain suggest that Antoine Griezmann will
reject a move to the Premier League and opt for La Liga champions Atletico Madrid instead.

It has gone a little quiet on the transfer front over the last hour or so. But one man who has been busy strengthening his squad this summer, Manuel Pellegrini, has
warned his Manchester City players against complacency ahead of the new season. Could he be back in the market for more players?
Well it's a busy night for Arsenal if emerging reports are anything to go by, as Calum Chambers is said to have
agreed terms with the Gunners. If so, the deal will set Arsene Wenger back £16m.
One man who has already made the move during this transfer window, Patrick van Aanholt, has revealed that he had
no hesitation leaving Chelsea to join Sunderland. After making just two league appearances for the Blues in five years, you can see why.
More transfer news regarding Arsenal now, and they are rumoured to be in for Shakhtar Donetsk playmaker Douglas Costa.
One report claims that Arsene Wenger has offered £15.8m for the Brazilian's services.
A player who has been linked with numerous clubs this summer - in terms of a loan move, at least - is Arsenal right-back Carl Jenkinson. Steve Bruce has tonight

Burnley boss Sean Dyche has
played down speculation linking the club with Watford striker Troy Deeney. The Clarets are among a number of teams who are thought to be keen on signing the 26-year-old, who scored 25 goals last season.
Lee Sharpe has
doubted Louis van Gaal's ability to force a new era of success at Manchester United without a physical and vocal presence in the team. The Dutchman is widely expected to adopt the 3-5-2 formation which saw his Netherlands side secure a third-place finish in this summer's World Cup.
Fabio Borini has revealed that he is
flying back to the UK after injuring his shoulder during Liverpool's tour of the United States. The striker, who is set to join Sunderland after the Black Cats agreed a fee with Brendan Rodgers's side earlier this month, picked up the injury during a pre-season friendly against Roma.
Cardiff City have insisted that Gary Medel will
not be sold for less than they paid for him last summer. The Chile international joined the Welsh side for around £11m last year, and has been linked with a move to Inter Milan and Galatasaray this year.
Hull City are reportedly
ready to stop their pursuit of Sheffield United defender Harry Maguire. The Tigers have already failed with two bids for the 21-year-old centre-back this summer.
Santi Cazorla has
ruled out the prospect of leaving Arsenal this summer amid speculation linking him to Atletico Madrid. Reports have previously suggested that the Liga champions are monitoring Cazorla's situation after the Spaniard endured a mixed second season in North London last term.
Radamel Falcao has
played down suggestions that Real Madrid have contacted AS Monaco over a prospective summer switch. Speculation has mounted that the Liga giants are eager to follow up their £63m capture of James Rodriguez by luring his Colombia teammate to the Spanish capital.
Queens Park Rangers have reportedly
joined the race to sign Watford striker Troy Deeney. Fellow Premier League teams Burnley and Leicester City have both been linked with the 26-year-old in recent weeks.
New signing Bojan Krkic has revealed that Stoke City's style of football was the
key factor behind his move to the club. The 23-year-old forward joined the Potters from Barcelona on a four-year deal on Tuesday.

New Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has revealed that he wants to
sign a defender and a striker before the start of the season. The Italian champions have already brought in Patrice Evra, Alvaro Morata and Kingsley Coman on permanent deals this summer, while Udinese winger Roberto Pereyra recently joined on loan.

AC Milan chief Adriano Galliani has claimed that reported Arsenal target, Mario Balotelli is staying put with the Rossoneri. The Italian said: "Balotelli never asked to be sold.
