The latest offer was initially said to be Bayern's final proposal, but negotiations are still ongoing between the two clubs.
Bayern are currently weighing up whether to submit an improved bid, and there is a desire from those involved for a quick resolution.
The Bavarians want to reach an agreement before Saturday's German Super Cup fixture against Leipzig, while Kane has indicated that he will not leave once Tottenham's campaign gets underway on Sunday.
