Danny Rose ruled out of Manchester City match with calf injury

Injured full-back Danny Rose is one of three players confirmed out for Tottenham Hotspur's meeting with Manchester City this weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur will be without left-back Danny Rose for Saturday evening's Premier League meeting against Manchester City due to a calf problem.

The England international is also seen as an injury doubt for the Lilywhites' meeting with Brighton & Hove Albion three days later.

In a further blow for Tottenham, midfielder Harry Winks has been sent to Qatar to undergo rehab at Aspetar - a specialised orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital - as he continues to struggle with an ankle injury.

Kyle Walker-Peters is the other confirmed absentee for Spurs ahead of the visit of Man City, with the right-back struggling from a hamstring strain.

Tottenham have yet to lose a league game in 2018 and will mark a new club-record unbeaten run of 15 games if they avoid defeat on Saturday.
