Mathieu Debuchy: Newcastle United will miss "extraordinary" Yohan Cabaye

Mathie Debuchy believes that Newcastle United are certain to miss the "extraordinary" Yohan Cabaye following his move to Paris Saint-Germain.

Mathieu Debuchy has admitted that Newcastle United will miss Yohan Cabaye following the French midfielder's transfer to Paris Saint-Germain.

Cabaye sealed a move to PSG earlier this week, and Debuchy believes that his former teammate will look back on his time at the club fondly.

"He will be a miss for the team," Debuchy told the Daily Mail. "He was an extraordinary player and we were friends but we have other talented players.

"He will miss the Newcastle supporters, I know that."

Debuchy is expected to be named in the Newcastle side to face Sunderland on Saturday.
