Borussia Dortmund reportedly remain confident of fending off any interest in Jude Bellingham during the summer transfer window.

Borussia Dortmund reportedly rate their chances of retaining the services of Jude Bellingham next summer.

The 19-year-old, now in his third season at the Westfalenstadion, has established himself as the club's star player and most prized asset.

Bellingham has made a total of 19 starts in the Bundesliga and Champions League this campaign, contributing seven goals and two assists.

Meanwhile, there has been constant speculation regarding a potential transfer fee for the England international, with an asking price said to be anywhere between £80m and £130m.

At a time when Bellingham has just over two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract, it has been suggested that an exit ahead of 2023-24 is highly likely.

Nevertheless, according to 90min, club officials feel that they are capable of keeping Bellingham for the following campaign.

The report indicates that Bellingham may not be "fully determined" to secure a transfer away from the German giants at the end of the season.

That is despite the likes of Real Madrid and a selection of Premier League clubs said to be monitoring the situation with interest ahead of making a formal approach.

A previous report has claimed that Bellingham's preference should he leave Dortmund would be to sign for La Liga outfit Real Madrid.

More recently, it has been alleged that Bellingham has little interest in entertaining a transfer to Chelsea, realistically leaving Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool as his options in England's top flight.

Each North West club are likely to be in the market for another central midfielder in the summer, although it is unclear whether they would be prepared to meet Dortmund's valuation.

The report adds that Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus have also registered an interest in recent months, but the former may be considered an highly unlikely destination due to their rivalry with Dortmund.

As expected, Bellingham was selected in England's squad for the upcoming World Cup in Qatar when Gareth Southgate named his 26-player crop on Thursday.
