Giuseppe Bellusci loving life at Leeds United

Giuseppe Bellusci says that joining Leeds United was the "best choice" of his life.

Leeds United centre-back Giuseppe Bellusci has described moving to the Yorkshire club as the "best choice" of his life.

The 25-year-old centre-back has scored twice in eight appearances for Leeds after signing a four-year contract with the Championship club in the summer.

Bellusci admits that he is struggling a little with the language barrier, but that the pace of English football suits his style of play.

"When my agent proposed the transfer to me in the summer, there was a spark - the best choice of my life," Leeds's website quotes Bellusci as saying to Tuttosport.

"On the field I found a game based on dynamism and aggression, my own characteristics.

"Off the field, the language is a barrier but I'm improving. Us Italians are planning to attend together."

Bellusci scored the equaliser in Leeds's last game before the international break against Sheffield Wednesday and could start again when Leeds face another Yorkshire rival in Rotherham United on Friday night.
