England captain Wayne Rooney is determined to ensure that his side remain undefeated this season when they take on Slovenia in their Euro 2016 qualifier.
The Three Lions have not tasted defeat since their 2-1 loss to Uruguay at the World Cup last year, a run that stretches for eight matches and includes five victories in their qualifying campaign to date.
Rooney is hopeful that his side can end their season on a high note and ensure that their good work in their campaign does not end on a sour note.
"It would be great for us, certainly after the World Cup last year, to go the full season unbeaten would be a great achievement from us," Rooney told reporters.
"We've played some great football in that time and got some very important results. We need to try and finish it off now and make sure we do that on Sunday."
England play Slovenia in their qualifying match tomorrow.
