Chelsea's Andre Schurrle "disappointed" in failure to beat Norwich City

Chelsea's Andre Schurrle expects the club to finish third in the Premier League table following Sunday's goalless draw with Norwich City.

Chelsea's Andre Schurrle has conceded that the club are likely to be out of the Premier League title race after dropping points against Norwich City on Sunday.

The Blues marked their final match of the season at Stamford Bridge with a goalless draw, placing them one point behind Manchester City and Liverpool in the table.

With both North West outfits having a game in hand, Schurrle believes that the title charge has narrowed to a two-horse race.

"We're disappointed, we wanted the win so much," Schurrle told the club's official website. "It was our last match at home and, with a win, we still had hopes for the title. Now, we are third and we'll probably stay there."

Mourinho is likely to end his first season back at Chelsea without a trophy after the club were knocked out of the Champions League by Atletico Madrid in the semi-finals last week.
