Report: Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic agrees to Barcelona move

A report claims that an agreement is in place between Miralem Pjanic and Barcelona, but Juventus have yet to sign off on the deal.

Miralem Pjanic has agreed to join Barcelona from Juventus at the end of the season, according to a report.

The Bosnia international is believed to have been targeted as a prime transfer target for Barca following a mixed 2019-20 to date for the club.

Barcelona are rumoured to have missed out on Pjanic on three previous occasions, but La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that a move is looking likely to go through this summer.

The report indicates that an agreement is in place between the the Catalan giants and the 30-year-old midfielder, though Juventus have yet to sign off on the deal.

Juve first want to ensure that a replacement has been lined up, with Arthur, Arturo Vidal and Ivan Rakitic all rumoured to have been offered in exchange.

Pjanic, a big-money signing from Roma in 2016, has made 32 appearances for Maurizio Sarri's side this term.
