Friday morning's Arsenal transfer talk news roundup:
Manchester City, Arsenal 'interested in signing Patson Daka'
Manchester City and Arsenal are reportedly both scouting Red Bull Salzburg forward Patson Daka ahead of potential moves during next summer's transfer window.
The 22-year-old has been in excellent form for his Austrian club this season, finding the back of the net on 12 occasions in 11 appearances in all competitions.
According to 90min, City have instructed their scouts to keep a close eye on the striker as they consider replacements for Sergio Aguero, who is out of contract next summer.
The report claims that Daka is valued by Salzburg in excess of £20m, but Pep Guardiola's side could face competition from as many as 20 clubs for his signature in 2021.
Arsenal have also been named as potential suitors for the Zambia international, who has scored 46 times in 94 appearances for his current team in all competitions.
Salzburg are in a strong position when it comes to any potential negotiations, though, as they have the in-form attacker on a contract until the summer of 2024.
