Ariana Grande on course for three songs to chart in top 10

Ariana Grande is on track to see three singles chart in the UK top 10 this week following the release of her new album Positions.

Ariana Grande is on track to have three songs inside the UK top 10 this week following the release of her new album Positions, according to data from the Official Charts Company.

The singer is already at number one on the chart with the album's lead single of the same name, and midweek data suggests that it is on course to notch up a second week at number one.

Sexually-suggestive track '34+35' is currently at six in the chart, while her collaboration with Doja Cat, 'Emotive', props up the midweek top 10.

As is customary around Halloween, several spooky-themed tracks figure in the reckoning, with classic 'Monster Mash' at 14 and the Ghostbusters theme tune at 21.

Miley Cyrus's 'Midnight Sky' is up to a new peak of four after being featured on Strictly Come Dancing, while Sam Smith's 'Diamonds' is up to 15.
