The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett has revealed that filming on series two will get underway in September.
The show, which sees mystery celebrities perform while wearing elaborate costumes, was a surprise ratings hit for ITV when the first series aired earlier this year.
After several months of shutdown due to coronavirus, TV production is gradually starting to resume - albeit with enhanced health and safety measures and social distancing in place on sets.
Talking about The Masked Singer on Martin & Roman's Sunday Best, Dommett revealed: "There is going to be another series, I'm so excited that I'm now allowed to tell people.
"They're all planning it, they don't know the rules for when it happens fully in September, but I'm so excited to be a part of the show I absolutely love.
"I love the format, it's so inclusive, everyone loves it from two-year-olds up to 100-year-olds, I just love it and they're playing the American version on Saturday night.
"I think it's nice to see the format but a slightly different version of it."
Celebrities appearing on the first series included CeeLo Green, Kelis and Jason Manford.
