Katie Price fears Harvey may inadvertently abuse strangers

Katie Price says that she would worry for her son Harvey's safety if he were to be allowed out unaccompanied.

Katie Price has admitted that she worries that her son Harvey Price would be beaten up if he were allowed out by himself.

The 18-year-old is severely disabled and requires constant care for conditions including partial blindness, autism and his excessive weight.

Katie has recently revealed that she has taken the tough decision to put him into specialist college care later this year in order to aid his development but continues to worry about how he may perform in social situations.

"For him to walk the streets on his own wouldn't be realistic," she told New magazine.

"What scares me is that if he walked past somebody and said, 'Hello you dickhead', because he does that because he thinks it's funny, someone could take that the wrong way in the street.

"He could get punched and he would cower. That breaks my heart. He needs 24-hour care but he can still have an independent life.

"After college he's definitely coming home to me, without a doubt."

Harvey is the eldest of Katie's five children.
