Michelle Keegan rules out Celebrity Juice role

Our Girl actress Michelle Keegan rules out the possibility of replacing Holly Willoughby as a team captain on Celebrity Juice.

Michelle Keegan has denied claims that she is in the frame to replace Holly Willoughby on Celebrity Juice.

Willoughby confirmed on Sunday that she is to leave her role as team captain on the ITV2 panel show after 12 years in order to spend more time with her family.

Our Girl actress Keegan was immediately installed as one of the bookies' favourites to take the baton, but appearing on The One Show, she ruled out joining the show in the near future.

"I can officially say that's not true," said Keegan, who has previously appeared on the show as a guest five times. "Don't get me wrong, I'm a massive fan of the show. I love the show, I find it hilarious. But, at the minute, no, no, that's not true."

Other names in the frame to replace Willoughby include former team captain Fearne Cotton, Emily Atack, Scarlett Moffatt, Emma Bunton and Rylan Clark-Neal.
