Lea Michele branded "despicable, horrible human being" by former co-star

Lea Michele's former Broadway co-star Craig Ramsay describes her as "a despicable, horrible human being".

A former co-star of Lea Michele has described her as a "despicable, horrible human being" following numerous allegations of her poor behind-the-scenes behaviour.

The accusations surrounding the Glee actress began last month when Samantha Marie Ware accused Michele of making her time on the show "a living hell".

In response, Michele posted a statement on social media apologising for how her past behaviour may have been "perceived", but since then multiple other former colleagues have come out to describe similar treatment.

The latest comes from Craig Ramsay, who worked with Michele on the Broadway production of Fiddler on the Roof before she landed her part on Glee.

"I think she's a despicable, horrible human being," he told the Behind The Velvet Rope podcast. "I think she has lost touch with reality.

"As far as Lea Michele is concerned, I think she is one of the most entitled people I have ever come across in this business.

"I was there when she got the call of, 'I got Glee,' and I think the entitlement just took over her body. She was possessed with this and from that moment on, cause she moved to LA the same moment I did from NY.

"And I cared for her greatly but the amount of entitlement... I have never seen the likes of it, especially Broadway. You can't mess with Broadway, you can get a reputation very quick if you don't respect where you come from."

Michele, who is heavily pregnant, has maintained a social media silence since her initial apology.
