Aaron Taylor-Johnson is reportedly on the verge of being named as Daniel Craig's replacement in the James Bond franchise.
Craig bowed out as 007 in the most recent movie, No Time To Die, after 15 years in the role, and now the hunt is on for his successor.
Multiple actors have been linked with the part, including Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, Richard Madden and James Norton, but now The Sun says that Taylor-Johnson is the clear favourite.
The newspaper reports that franchise head Barbara Broccoli was impressed with the 32-year-old when he went for a screen test in September and he is now the clear bookies' favourite.
A Coral spokesman said: "There has been a surge of support behind Aaron Taylor-Johnson in the last 24 hours in our next James Bond betting.
"It's clear that punters have made their minds up over who they think should replace Daniel Craig."
The next Bond movie is not expected to be released until 2025 at the earliest.
