From: Dunsfold, Surrey

Occupation: Managing Director of an Insurance Brokers, on-call fire fighter and Parish Councillor

How did you fare on the show last time?: "I was on MasterChef in 2022 where I reached Quarter Finals. The whole experience was amazing and I made some great friends. MasterChef enabled me to live a dream I had for 18 years of watching the show."

Cooking Style: "I love to cook West African dishes I grew up with. My mum was always cooking amazing dishes like jollof rice and beef domoda. As I grew up and my eating experiences broadened, I also started to cook Caribbean, Indian and Italian style dishes. Overall I really just like to experiment and try all different types of cuisine."

Ambition: "My dream is to open a gastropub or a food truck in the Surrey countryside serving West African and West Indian fusion food and cook to cook with my mother in a professional kitchen."
