'Killing Eve' season three brought forward

The BBC confirms that the third season of Killing Eve has been brought forward to mid-April, with new episodes premiering on iPlayer within hours of the US broadcast.

The BBC has confirmed that the highly-anticipated third season of spy drama Killing Eve has been brought forward to the middle of next month due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Most of the population have entered lockdown due to the spread of the killer disease, leading to an increased demand for home entertainment services and a rise in TV ratings across the board.

As a result the BBC has decided to bring forward its transmission of the new run of Killing Eve, with new episodes arriving on iPlayer at 6am on Mondays starting April 13, within hours of their US broadcast on BBC America.

Regular transmission on BBC One will start on Sunday, April 19 at 9pm.

Starring Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer, Killing Eve ranks as the most-watched non-continuous drama ever on iPlayer, with more than 110 million requests for the first two seasons.
