Roman Kemp tips dad Martin Kemp for I'm A Celebrity 2021

Roman Kemp says that his father Martin Kemp could be tempted into appearing on the 2021 series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Roman Kemp has suggested that his father Martin Kemp will be tempted to sign up for next year's edition of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Capital FM DJ Roman, 27, enjoyed a stint on the show last year, finishing in third place behind Andy Whyment and winner Jacqueline Jossa.

Former Spandau Ballet star Martin has long been linked with his own appearance and was reportedly approached with a big-money offer by ITV earlier this year but had to turn it down due to existing work commitments.

Speaking about his dad's chances on Good Morning Britain, Roman said: "Martin Kemp 2021 is what I am going for - I want to see that, genuinely I want to see that.

"You'd have to ask my dad but it's his 60th next year and for his 60th birthday to be literally miserable in a jungle... That would be great, please."

This year's series kicks off tomorrow night at 9pm on ITV.
