Matt Richardson has been announced as the replacement for Rufus Hound on Dancing On Ice starting this weekend.
Hound was forced to quit the competition on Wednesday after testing positive for coronavirus, having already missed two live shows due to a previous stint of self-isolation.
ITV has now confirmed that comedian and TV presenter Richardson, 29, has been drafted in as Hound's replacement and will take to the ice with pro partner Vicky Ogden on Sunday's show.
Following the announcement, Richardson posted on social media: "I don't tweet anymore really but I am breaking the rule to say plz plz vote for me so I keep my lil skates on for as long as possible."
Richardson is the second reserve called up to the main show after Amy Tinkler came in to replace an injured Denise van Outen.
