Music service ROXi launches on Sky Q

Music app ROXi launches to Sky Q customers with an introductory offer of a 30-day free trial.

Sky Q customers are now able to access premium music service ROXi through the platform, it has been announced.

A rival to the Spotify app, which is already available through SkyQ, ROXi has a library of over 55 million songs, more than 1000 live radio stations and interactive games, as well as karaoke songs and music to meditate to.

The service can be found in the 'Apps' section of the Sky Q menu or by saying "open ROXi" into the Sky Q voice remote.

A ROXi subscription normally costs £6.99 a month but Sky Q customers are being offered 30 days free as an introductory offer.

"Having access to all your favourite apps on the big TV screen is more important than ever, as we use our televisions for everything from entertainment to fitness," said Fraser Stirling, Sky's chief product officer.

"ROXi is the latest in a line of brilliant services to be added to Sky Q, so you can get music, games, online video, education and TV all in one place."

Other apps on Sky Q include Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, Roku Channel and Playworks.
