DAZN has confirmed that it will launch a linear TV channel on Sky in the UK next week.
Until now the sports offering has only been available as a streaming service but will become a 24/7 channel known as 'DAZN 1' from next Thursday, March 23.
DAZN is the UK home to all Anthony Joshua fights - including his bout against Jermaine Franklin on April 1 - the Women's Champions League, women's top-flight Spanish football, Mixed Martial Arts and eSports, as well as many other live boxing events featuring top fighters such as Canelo Alvarez and Ryan Garcia.
"Getting DAZN widely distributed is a priority for us as it delivers our great and growing array of content to more and more fans," said Shay Segev, group CEO at DAZN.
"We have ambitious, long-term and strategic plans for the UK market. The more people get to know DAZN and what we offer, not just in terms of rights but the full range of digital, interactive and sports entertainment we are developing, the better.
"This launch is great news for sports fans. DAZN 1 HD will optimise exposure for the upcoming Anthony Joshua fight, ensuring it is his most hotly anticipated and accessible bout in over a decade."
DAZN is available at a cost of £99.99 annually, £9.99 monthly on a 12-month contract or £19.99 on a rolling monthly contract and a subscription also provides access to the full DAZN app as well as the linear channel.
The new station will be found on Sky channel 429.
