Champions League winners Chelsea have reportedly made an enquiry for Sassuolo forward Domenico Berardi.
The 26-year-old impressed for the Italian national team at Euro 2020 this summer, with Roberto Mancini's side going on to beat England in the final.
Thomas Tuchel's team were understood to have had an £85m bid rejected for Juventus winger Federico Chiesa last week and since then they have allegedly turned their attention to Berardi.
According to Sky Italy, Chelsea have contacted Sassuolo to discuss the forward's availability, while Borussia Dortmund and West Ham United are also monitoring his situation.
In addition, Serie A trio AC Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina have expressed their interest in Berardi, however the Italian is more likely to move abroad should he depart his home country this summer.
Berardi, who has spent his entire career at Sassuolo, was a standout performer in Serie A last season, scoring 17 goals and providing eight assists in 30 league appearances.
