Irish heartthrob Paul Mescal has been announced as an upcoming presenter of an episode of Saturday Night Live.
The 28-year-old has shot to global fame over the last few years thanks to roles in projects such as Normal People, Aftersun and Gladiator II.
US broadcaster NBC has now confirmed that he will front the episode of the iconic comedy and entertainment show SNL on Saturday, December 7, with music coming from Shaboozey.
As tradition for the show, Mescal will appear in comedy sketches alongside the comedian ensemble and will also deliver his own monologue to kick off the show.
The episode will air on Sky Comedy in the UK and Ireland on Sunday, December 8 at 9pm.
