Captain Tom Moore 'offered £1 million for nightclub appearances'

Captain Tom Moore has reportedly been offered £1 million to do personal appearances on the nightclub circuit.

Captain Tom Moore has reportedly been offered the opportunity to earn £1 million by appearing at nightclubs around the country.

The 100-year-old raised almost £33 million for NHS charities by completing 100 laps of his back garden last month in a story that gained global attention.

Reality stars from shows like Love Island and The Only Way Is Essex normally earn substantial money from doing personal appearances on the nightclub circuit and now the WWII veteran has been offered his own tour.

"Captain Tom is the nation's hottest property," a source told The Sun. "Some nightclubs have talked about whether a 100-year-old is right for the kind of marketing they usually do, but the truth is that Tom has captured everyone's hearts of all ages.

"The nightclubs are insisting that he would be very well cared for and not have to stay longer than one hour so he doesn't get home too late.

"All things considered, it's a fantastic deal for a man who really deserves it."

Captain Tom is said to be planning a lavish party to celebrate his centenary once the coronavirus outbreak has subsided.
