Hollywood legend Betty White has said that she is "heartbroken" by the death of her friend and peer Carl Reiner at the age of 98.
Comedy great Reiner passed away on Monday after a seven-decade career as a writer (The Dick Van Dyke Show) and actor (Ocean's 11, 12, 13).
White acted opposite Reiner numerous times over the years, including in Hot In Cleveland and Young & Hungry, while White's late husband Allen Ludden was one of his best friends.
"I loved Carl [Reiner] dearly," White, also 98, told Hollywood Life. "[It was] a privilege working with him... He was always fun to be with as he always had something funny in his head... I am heartbroken."
White is currently isolating at her California home during the coronavirus lockdown and is reported to be "doing very well".
