Former Coronation Street actress Lucy Fallon has signed up for the new ITV endurance series Don't Rock The Boat.
The new show - hosted by Freddie Flintoff - will see 12 celebrities split into two teams and tasked with rowing around the entire circumference of the British Isles.
Fallon, 24, starred as Bethany Platt on the long-running soap for five years but quit earlier this year to pursue other roles, and according to The Mirror, the first of those will be Don't Rock The Boat.
"Lucy was in hot demand after winning numerous awards. ITV were desperate to work with her again," a source told the newspaper.
"Lucy thought it sounded like the adventure of a lifetime. It's been described as a mix of I'm a Celebrity and SAS: Who Dares Wins... only harder."
The new show, which is due to air later this year, has already had its first casualty as Love Island's Kem Cetinay dropped out on the first day of training.
